Charlie’s experiences behind the wheel have helped shape his strong understanding of safety, compliance and operational realities. He recognises the importance of mass and dimension management, route planning, proper loading techniques and compliance with Higher Mass Limit requirements, particularly when operating B-Double combinations. Looking to the future, Charlie aspires to move into leadership and operational management roles, with a particular interest in scheduling, allocations and compliance. He believes that firsthand driving experience provides an invaluable foundation for effectively managing drivers and transport operations.
