Set against the legendary backdrop of Mount Panorama, Bathurst—home to Australia’s most famous motorsport circuit—this year’s convention brings together industry knowledge, meaningful discussion, and plenty of opportunities to reconnect with fellow members, suppliers, and friends.

What’s in store for 2027
We’ve tuned the engine for 2027 and taken your feedback on board to create a winning race plan. This year’s convention features longer and more frequent pit stops, giving you extra time to refuel, catch up with fellow members, visit our suppliers in the paddock, and enjoy the iconic surroundings of Mount Panorama.
When the day’s racing is done, it’s time to head to the winner’s circle. Our popular social events are back on the grid, providing the perfect opportunity to swap stories from the road, strengthen industry friendships, celebrate our achievements, and enjoy the company of those who keep our industry moving forward.

Welcome to Bathurst and Mount Panorama
The stunning backdrop for the 2027 Rural Carriers’ Convention.
