The Livestock, Bulk and Rural Carriers Association (LBRCA) has welcomed confirmation that a contractor has been appointed to deliver a new crossing at Mitchells Causeway on the Great Western Highway at Victoria Pass but says freight operators must continue to be supported while the closure remains in place.
