The Livestock, Bulk and Rural Carriers Association (LBRCA) says the NSW Parliament’s call for greater investment in regional roads and heavy vehicle rest areas is welcome, while warning that lower speed limits and increased enforcement must not become substitutes for fixing unsafe infrastructure.
