With more than 40 years of experience spanning driving, management and industry leadership, Paul Pulver has been one of the most influential figures within the Australian transport sector. A passionate advocate for safety and practical compliance, Paul has dedicated much of his career to improving outcomes for both operators and road users through common-sense approaches to regulation and industry reform. His extensive experience and balanced leadership style have made him a respected voice across the livestock, bulk and rural transport sectors.
A Past President and early Life Member of the LBRCA, Paul played a critical role in shaping the Association during its formative years and helping establish its reputation as a strong industry representative body. In addition to his contribution to the LBRCA, he has served for many years as Chairman of the Canberra & Regions Oil Industry Emergency Response Group (CROIERG), supporting training and emergency preparedness within the dangerous goods transport sector. Paul’s leadership, integrity and commitment to industry advancement have left a lasting legacy that continues to benefit transport operators throughout Australia.
